June 21st, 2013 Press Release from Alabama Department of Education detailing the approval of Alabama’s waiver request and Plan 2020.

Alabama State Department of Education is waiting to get word on a waiver that is pending. If the waiver is approved by the federal government, there will not be SES tutoring in the state next year. If the waiver is not approved, the SES Application will be posted immediately.
