KATHARINE THORESEN – OASES ONLINE
Kath brings over fifteen years of customer service trouble shooting, process analysis and training experience to her position of Operations Manager at Oases Online.
Her previous experience with Virgin Atlantic Airlines and British Airways in the U.K where she was responsible (amongst other things) for using technology and process analysis to speed up aircraft turnaround time, staff training and service level agreements, stand her in good stead for her position with oases.
Kath is responsible for training new oases customers, providing assistance, process guidance and writing and videoing tutorials for oases customers. Kath’s is the ‘British Airways Voice’ on most of our oases marketing videos.
