I tried the Pulse App this week, touted as the App to manage all your mobile reading and I must say I was very impressed.
A quick download was followed by an intuitive set up of categories and publications that I read regularly via different Apps or through a browser, I really do have everything in one App now!
I loved the lay out which was eerily similar to the BBC News App, but hey if something works!

The top of the screen features a slider with the Pulse categories for publications making it easy to find and discover reading material. When you choose a publication it asks you what category you would like to store it under so you can get really specific and are not stuck with the categories loaded.
There is a save for later feature to enable you to read later on a tablet when you are away from your wifi connection. All in all a great App that has truly impressed in the short time I have had it.
Currently available for Apple and Android.
When you open a category, each publication has a row and each article has a square with a picture and title for easy scrolling and then open the article up and read it. Some articles send you off to another site which was a bit tedious but all in all a great App which I will not be deleting after my review!
