Session Bid – Stop Calling Around For Available Tutors

Oases Releases Session Bid

So, you have sessions for various students or a schedule of sessions for one student but you don’t know which of your tutors would like to take them?

This normally means checking who can tutor the session or group of sessions by checking if they are available, if they have previous tutoring commitments and if they live within their agreed travel distance.

Do this a couple of times a day and you almost need a staff member just to assign tutors to sessions and schedules.

Oases Online scheduling and tracking software has just automated this process for you with Session Bid.

Now you can create a session or schedule as soon as it is requested and Oases will email all the available tutors with no current tutoring commitments and ask them to claim the session or group of sessions if they want it. You, of course, have the last say and can pick a tutor or coach from a list of claimants.

Any unclaimed sessions will be collated on a daily digest email to remind they are still available.
