Start Selling Second Language Tutoring to Younger Students

Speaking a Foreign Language  Makes You Smarter – It’s a Fact.

languageWhether you are a tutor, a tutoring company or an afterschool program, offering a foreign language to younger students is beneficial.

The core subjects of math and language arts are a staple across the age range of our students, morphing into test prep as the student progresses into high school and beyond.

But what about a foreign language?

It was middle school before my daughter could take a foreign language and that, quite frankly, is too late in my opinion. If a child is not blessed with a bilingual household those early learning years are wasted and by middle school a foreign language is, well, foreign.

By now everyone is aware of the link between learning to play a musical instrument and increased performance in math but did you know that the brains of kids that speak two languages have more gray matter?

So check out this great poster produced by middlebury interactive languages & We are Teachers. Download the poster from the link at the bottom of the page, email it with your marketing campaign or print it and use it as marketing handouts to sell the benefits of teaching a foreign language to younger children.

It’s an interesting read!
