You’ve seen them in the restaurant, that loving couple staring into each other’s eyes ….oooops let’s try that again, … staring into their phones and not saying a word to each other. It is becoming a common sight but this is not normal behavior, it’s the sign of an addiction.

Let’s put aside the blue-light sleep interruption for five minutes and other unhealthy side affects. You are being downright rude!
